Edsha Solutions Recognised for Commitment in Electronic Waste Collection at Perak Environmental Day 2025

BAGAN DATUK, 23 November 2025 – The Perak State Environmental Day 2025 was held at the UMNO Complex in Bagan Datuk, bringing together government agencies, industry partners and environmental organisations to promote sustainability and responsible waste management.

The event highlighted current environmental challenges in Malaysia, including increasing solid waste generation and declining river water quality. According to the Department of Environment (DOE) 2024 report, the country produces nearly 38,000 tonnes of solid waste every day, with 27 major rivers classified as polluted and 170 more semi-polluted.

As part of the celebration, several vendors and partners were acknowledged for their contributions to environmental initiatives. Edsha Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was recognised as one of the committed participating vendors, especially for its active involvement in the collection and recovery of electronic waste (e-waste).

Edsha Solutions received an appreciation gift from the organisers, acknowledging the company’s continuous support and commitment towards promoting responsible e-waste management and environmental sustainability in Perak.

The recognition reinforces Edsha Solutions’ role in supporting state-level green initiatives and encouraging the public to participate in proper waste disposal.
